They say that America is the ‘Land of the Free’ but certain situations keep cropping up that tell of a different story. A story where there is striking injustice, inequality, racism and prejudices along too many lines to count. Sadly George Floyd has been one of these stories. It would be nice not to hear any more but I think we’re all aware that’s unlikely to be the case.

 

Let’s remember that he was slowly suffocated whilst pleading with Police that he couldn’t breathe. And all this was happening in broad daylight whilst the officers were being filmed by multiple sources - including their own bodycams.
